A full body high intensity session from coach Raquel.  This should take you. around 15-20 minutes to complete and can be done as a standalone session or as a high intensity cardio session after your main training session.

12 minutes – do as many as you can

  • Bodyweight Pistol Squats – 6 reps
  • Bodyweight Press Up – 12 reps
  • Bodyweight Bench Jumping Lunge – 24 reps

Then

Bodyweight Ups and Downs – 100 reps
