  • Every class on our timetable is free
  • There are some private hires of the studio for martial arts which are not included
  • You can book multiple classes per day
  • Day passes give access to all classes for that day

  • If you miss a class simply follow one from your phone
  • Workouts programmed and recorded into the app
  • Just hit play and follow
  • Also can be viewed on YouTube at home if you can’t get to the gym
