All gym classes are free to members
- Every class on our timetable is free
- There are some private hires of the studio for martial arts which are not included
- You can book multiple classes per day
- Day passes give access to all classes for that day

- If you miss a class simply follow one from your phone
- Workouts programmed and recorded into the app
- Just hit play and follow
- Also can be viewed on YouTube at home if you can’t get to the gym
- Only basic equipment needed – dumbbells or kettlebells
