We reached 5 years of trading on 1st August 2015

The gym has grown from just under 9000 sq ft to nearly 15000 sq ft in that time with a reinvestment of over £100k back in for new equipment and facilities.

Its our members support that makes the gym a great place to train.  So what better way to celebrate than an all you can eat BBQ
